Operation Principle	Gravity-driven immersion, agitation, and gas exchange.
Ventilation	0.2 µm hydrophobic microporous filter (adjustable vanes for propagule retention).
Optional Safety Mesh	Fine mesh insert (prevents propagule fall-through).
Sterilization	Autoclavable (121°C, 15-20 psi) or chemical/gas sterilization.
Media Requirements	Liquid MS media (no agar); PPM™ recommended for contamination control.
Max Liquid Fill	~2/3 of lower jar (prevents overflow).
Scalability	Hundreds of units can run in parallel for mass propagation.
